This movie was extremely well acted and moved along nicely… They made an important message but did not get caught up in that at the expense of the great action movie

This was an incredible look into a practice every human being should hate and help to stop. Please go see this movie today...regardless of the politics swirling around it.

Incredible movie and EXTREMELY well acted!! While the true content and plot of the movie is sad for the heart, it is thoughtfully positioned for the viewer to digest and understand what is REALLY going on in this world at this time in 2023.

Note that virtually everyone is saying this movie was exceptionally good, with an important message. Everyone mentions that the acting and directing were outstanding. But those giving it 1 star are claiming the acting was terrible and the plot boring, etc. One even claimed it was lies and propaganda, even though it is a true story. These 1 star reviews are obviously fake. It makes you wonder what their motives really are for lying about the movie.

Everyone should be watching it

The movie handles a very true (just follow the news of private and government getting pinched every day) and difficult subject with love and compassion. Acting drom award winners is just icing on the proverbial cake.

Truly a great and important movie. Unfortunately, the very important message at end was delayed and many people had already left the theater. It would have been helpful to provide a contact list for organizations that are fighting child trafficking.

Tonight, I went to the theater for the film "Sound of Freedom". It is a true story on child trafficking. A very strong movie. Unfortunately, very few people were there (everybody else were watching crappy Barbie and Mission Impossible"!!!). I strongly recommend going to the theater in person, supporting the film, and spreading the subject to anyone who cares. This is the least we can do.

This is not a movie that you will (or should) “like.” It is, however an exceptionally real look into child trafficking and one of the ways in which traffickers lure trusting parents/children. Some claim Jim Caviezel’s remote association with QAnon makes it not worth seeing; I contend that regardless of anyone’s association with any group, when they are responsible for producing something of importance any judgements should be put aside for the good of the all! Every moment was riveting. The message is disturbing (but true). Do not hesitate to see this movie.

Not worth the money. Poor acting and poor photography.

Pay attention to the people that didn’t want this movie getting out . Disney for example!

Terrible topic portrayed with care. As someone who has worked with kids like those dedicated I was thoroughly impressed with how the director handled everything.

Exceptional story and acting

Masterfully shot & produced; a heart-pumping thriller w/top-tier performances throughout. This should be a tent-pole in American Film history- don't miss it! Able to impact the audience unlike any I've seen or experienced in the past 3+ decades of movie-watching... Absolutely amazing performances by Camp & Caviezel! Despite these veterans putting in some career-best work; the child actors steal the show! (I don't cry during movies: cannot confirm or deny being an absolute mess at the 45min. mark...) Highly recommend true film-fans ignore the noise on this one & take the dive. You won't be disappointed!

I forgot to say in my previous movie review, if you have a heart, bring tissues. The child actors in the movie are incredible in their roles and the real life tragedy they portrayed will bring you to tears. Plus, this is a very well-made movie and is underserving of the few farsical reviews about it being SPAM and lies that I have seen posted on this review page. Makes you wonder about the persons posting such nonsense.

This movie was handled as tastefully as it could have possibly been handled and it was still heartbreaking to watch the young children acting out real life tragedies. This TRUE REAL LIFE ACTION movie is riveting and emotional and makes you want to go track down these evil monsters yourself!! This corruption and child abuse is everywhere and maybe seeing this movie will get adults motivated to do something even if it's only donating to Angel Studios to buy a stranger a ticket. You just can't even begin to imagine the enormity of evil and sin in this world perpetrated by men and women on little innocent children & teeangers! Teenagers should see this movie to be aware of the danger they are in without knowing bad people are lurking everywhere!

EVERYONE from high schoolers thru adults should see this movie AT a theater!!! Eye opening to see what is going on in the world of child sex slavery…and I am stunned to know that the U. S. is the largest consumer of this horrible tragedy!!! REAL HEROS, Tim Ballard and those like him that are rescuing these children. You can get free tickets to see this, and then if you feel it’s worthy for others to see, you can “Pay it Forward”.

I am a filmmaker. Therefore, I really appreciate the great job the creators did filming this stry. Beautiful photography and locations. Great actors. I happen to know two of them who are Mexicans. The subject matter is a real thing happening everywhere in the world. People like act blind to it because it has not happened to them. I am from a small town in Mexico and I have witnessed a couple of cases where two bodies were found in the wild with no heart and other organs. The victims were 10 years old. I don't care what some critics say about the film. It is a beautiful story well done.

Spam and lies.

I wouldn't call this movie entertaining but there are scenes that nearly brought me to tears. It can be hard to watch because of the subject matter. At the same time, I think it's very important for people to see. Don't be fooled by the jackholes calling this political propaganda. There's no implication of American politicians being behind dark child-kidnapping rings in this film. If that's what you were told you were lied to. Child sex trafficking is a very real and very horrific problem that has no political position or national border and any effort to combat it, whether through film or any other means is warranted.

Few of us REALLY know this exists, and how it happens. This is an eye opener! Tell your friends and loved ones!

the funder and creators of the movie are associated with Mike Flynn to use this movie as political propaganda. One of the funders of the movie was charged with child kidnapping.

Mediocre TV movie at best

Not a dry eye in the house. This movie was packed with action and so compelling we didn't realize how long we were in the theatre. Acting, casting, cinematography was all amazing. Anyone who tells you not to see this has not seen it.

Very important movie to see. Knowledge is power.

This is a true story. It follows a sister and brother through the child sex-trafficking world and their dramatic rescue through the efforts of a dedicated Homeland Security soldier. Excellent production and sobering message.

This movie will move you to wake up. Thank God for men like Tim Ballard and brave law enforcement who are able to take apart this disgusting "enterprise". Our prayers and monetary support will make that happen.

Incredible true story about genuine CHARACTER... a trait sadly RARE in most of society these days-- and apparently a core value completely missing in those leaving strangely unfounded negative reviews. Any educated person can see there is tremendous validity to what so many whistleblowers are saying about this industry... and the bizarre backlash makes you wonder who is implicated and why they are so highly motivated to shut down this film and fool you into not seeing it.
